House Sales Statistics in Turkey for 2025

The Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) has published its report on real estate sales statistics for 2025. A Total of 1,688,910 Properties Sold in Turkey in 2025 In 2025, 1,688,910 residential properties were sold in Turkey, reflecting a 14.3% increase compared to 2024. Istanbul recorded the highest number of sales with 280,262 properties. Ankara and Izmir followed with 152,534 and 96,998 sales, respectively. The lowest sales figures were reported in Ardahan (727), Bayburt (1,251), and Hakkari (1,559).
